THE STORY BEHIND THE WORK
I learned systems by working with people.
My career has not followed one industry. It has followed one question: how can this work better?
I am Eric Arthur, a Ghana-based operations leader with a foundation in agricultural economics, field operations, technical support and business technology. I earned my BSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ghana in 2019.
My early experience included greenhouse technology, cocoa agronomy, extension work and field data collection. As a zonal lead on cocoa-related work, I participated in research and interviews involving more than 800 farmers. That taught me to listen first, understand real working conditions and take responsibility for reliable information.
Moving into technical support introduced me to new kinds of challenges: users who needed answers, businesses that needed workable tools, and systems that did not always behave as expected. I developed hands-on GoHighLevel and CRM skills, then moved into implementation, project management and operations leadership.
Today I connect technical delivery with the people, standards and decisions behind it. I care as much about clarity, training and accountability as I do about automation.
HOW I THINK
People first. Process next. Technology with purpose.
Understand what is really happening
Talk to the people doing the work. Identify what slows them down and what the business actually needs.
Create a process people can use
Clarify steps, ownership, exceptions and handoffs before choosing tools.
Help the team succeed
Build, test, document and train so the system can be understood, not merely operated.
Measure and refine
Use feedback, delivery experience and practical indicators to keep making the process better.
What comes next
I am building toward greater strategic operations leadership, more purposeful use of technology and the opportunity to help create businesses that solve real problems. Writing and sharing knowledge are part of that journey too.
